A Revised Checklist of the Poroid Fungi of Kerala, India

Abstract
A consolidated literature-based checklist of two hundred and eight species of poroid fungi from Kerala, belonging to 89 genera, placed in the orders Hymenochaetales and Polyporales (class Agaricomycetes), is provided. From Kerala, 155 species of Polyporales distributed in fourteen families, and 53 species belonging to five families of the Hymenochaetales have been recorded. This checklist is an updated biodiversity inventory of polypores of Kerala part of the Western Ghats.
